Dont waste your time or money | 3/15/11

Dont waste your time or money with this model...went thru 2 and now Im getting a different model.Stuck in the clean cycle and didnt do anything else..good thing they have such great customer service. They should just discontinue the HG

Extremely Disappointed | 3/14/11

We bought the HG model on 02/05/11. On 03/12/11, it stopped working! Considering we paid $100 for this coffeemaker, we are extremely upset and disappointed. I am returning it to Belk department store to get a refund.

I received the phase brew | 3/1/11

I received the phase brew BUNN coffeemaker for Christmas as a gift, and the gift givers also bought one for themselves because it was so highly rated for a quality cup of coffee. Like others that have reviewed the product when it does work it does make an excellent cup of coffee and the difference in taste is exceptional. However, I unlike my gift givers and their unit, have had the bad luck of the brewers stop brewing mid cycle. Customer service has been very helpful and informed me that there's nothing I can do differently, its the units themselves and they send me a new one. I've gone through 3 units so far and this morning this one also quit after about roughly 3 weeks of use. It heated the water and then just stopped, and wouldn't relase the water to complete the brew cycle. I've also had others stop flashing the CLEAN cycle on the digital screen and thought this was the reason it wouldn't complete brewing so i proceeded through the cleaning process like the book stated, hit START and nothing. At this point I don't know what to do but i'm thinking I may just return for refund and go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Phase Brew #4, guess engineers can't fix it? | 2/22/11

I have had four Phase Brews HG's when they brew they are GREAT only they just don't last. Since January I have had four! the first one lasted three weeks the last one. Customer service has been great however just keep sending them; I would have preferred the problem was fixed. I also noticed do not get a new one each time; only one that has been "repaired" and obviously Bunn engineers have not figured out why it stops brewing. Sadly as much as I like the coffee it produces I will not get another one moving on; have to say I have had Bunn coffee makers for over 30 years it is the first time they have let me down; wish someone could fix it. smitty

Programming my brewer | 2/13/11

I just bought my NEW Bunn Phase coffee pot yesterday and when I got home of course I wanted to taste the new coffee from my new pot.It was very delicious. I tryed to set my coffee pot and it wouldn't set. For some reason,it wouldn't activate and the illumiate red light wouldn't come on. Hopefully you can assist me in what is going wrong with my new Phase Brewer HG.
