Can I change or cancel my order?

Order processing is automatic, and we cannot change or cancel the order once it has been placed.

What methods of payment does BunnAtHome.com accept?

BunnAtHome.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

How do I return a brewer or accessory purchased on BunnAtHome.com?

If you are not completely satisfied with your BUNN brewer or accessory, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date (returns are for BunnAtHome.com purchases only). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our Customer Service department (800-352-2866) prior to returning in order to obtain the necessary instructions on sending your product(s) back.  Please have your order number available prior to calling.

When will I receive credit for my returned item?

You must call and speak to a customer service representative prior to returning any product purchased online. Your credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after BUNN receives the returned item (s).

Will I receive a confirmation of my order placed on BunnAtHome.com?

Yes. If you provided a valid email address, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can view order history and order details (including tracking information) by logging into your account with your user name or email address. Most items are shipped via UPS.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the UPS or FedEx tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Where does BunnAtHome.com ship to?

BunnAtHome.com ships anywhere within the Continental U.S. (this excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

How soon will my order ship?

An order placed on BunnAtHome.com will ship in 1-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
