We have all received a chain email in our inbox before. It is amazing to think that 60 years ago the world did not have the internet, smart phones, wi-fi, Facebook, flat screen televisions or… home coffee makers! In the 1950s and 1960s people brewed coffee at home with a percolator.

Here at our headquarters home of Springfield, Illinois it has been a mild winter thus far with very little snowfall. Yesterday, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, which means 6 more weeks of winter. So we decided to embrace the season and create some indoor snow with coffee filter snowflakes crafted by our very own employees.

January is National Hot Tea Month and although, BUNN® brewers are made for brewing coffee, we have many customers who place tea bags in the carafe or brew funnel to make tea. My Café® pod brewer features a Pulse button to extract more taste from tea pods and tea bags.
