2 comments postedI have had a problem with my coffee maker and I called in to report my problem. I called three times because of the extent of the problem. I want everyone that reads this to know. I got three different ladies and I could not ask for a more pleasant encounter with a Customer Service person. I have had to make a lot of calls over the years, but never with the "VIP" feeling the I had each time the phone call ended. I was not rushed or made to feel guilty for calling. All three ladies were patient with me and explained all the details that I would ask question about. Never before has anyone left me feeling like they had given me a hundred and ten percent so I would be smiling when I hung up the phone. My Hat Comes Off to your Customer Service Department!!!!!
I too must say BUNN's customer service is a NOTCH above the rest. I tell EVERYONE I KNOW! My Bunn brewer was NOT MADE in China. The Customer Service IS REAL. It is NOT cookie cutter service - farmed out to the far east. It is AN AMERICAN who is listening and HELPFUL! It is a total anomaly in this day and age.
