It is the big picture on how coffee growers, processors, roasters, equipment manufactures, and baristas work together to produce quality coffee. Adam Pesce, the director of coffee development at Reunion Island Coffee, is featured in the current issue of ROAST magazine. In this article Pesce addresses how learning about the overall coffee process is important for him. He discusses his personal journey in the coffee industry. Even though Adam has spent his entire life in the coffee industry, his coffee journey continues and he is still learning through trips to origin and hands on experience.
